Company History
In 1995 the forerunner of the company was established to purchase properties in the Queenstown Lake’s District area. The company was founded by four friends who are still involved with the company today. An early newsletter’s stated aim was to build a property portfolio of at least $10 million in the next 5 years in the Central Otago and Southland area. The philosophy then has been followed to this day and that is to buy property that we can add value to eg. Refurbish, facelift, extend, build etc. The Company is a property investor which aims to hold the properties long term.
The assets of the company have grown from the initial $1000 to over $100 million with around 100 tenants.
