The Steamer Wharf Lakefront Commercial Property
The Steamer Wharf holds a unique position right on the waterfront with views both down to Walter and Cecil Peak and over the Remarkables and Queenstown Bay. It is home to the TSS Earnslaw one of the last remaining coal fired passenger carrying vessels operating in the southern hemisphere.
The complex was designed by award winning architect Michael Wyatt of Queenstown and was completed in early 1995. The complex is divided into 4 blocks each comprising two levels and providing a common enclosed courtyard and walkway between all 4 blocks.
The complex currently caters for a wide variety of restaurants and bars, a casino, a real estate office and office accommodation.
