A joint venture between Westwood Group Holdings and the Wakatipu Senior Citizens Association (WSCA) our development at 10 Memorial Street, known as Malaghan House and managed by Coronet Property Management, was completed in October 2008. Situated on the former site of the WSCA’s meeting rooms the new development will still accomodate them in brand new stylish premises.
The development is a three story building designed by Salmond Architecture of Wanaka. The ground floor will be available for retail, the first floor, meeting rooms for the WSCA and the top floor designed as offices.
